LifeStyle

Anything we do is for the sake of finding peace. If we do not eat, hunger disturbs our peace. If we do not drink water, thirst makes us restless. If we do not have a soul mate or companion, loneliness brings us down. If we do not know what causes the wind to blow, rain to fall, plants to grow, night and day to occur, and the solar and lunar eclipse, we will be confused and anxious.
All our efforts are to find our lost one and save a dimension of our existence from restlessness and uneasiness. The lost things of a thirsty and hungry person are water and food. Knowledge is the lost property of the intellect, and the beloved is the one that the lover has lost.
Any desire in us has an answer in the outside world. So why do we not find lasting happiness and peace wherever we look? The world is a club that takes us to a new level with every decision and choice. We are constantly trained and practice. Every choice and behavior lead us towards acquiring a new attribute or name. At each level, we learn how to acquire forgiveness, kindness, sincerity, truthfulness, and thousands of other names and attributes, and with each choice, we get one step closer to or away from them.
Knowing what generosity is does not make us a generous person. But when our generosity is tested, we will choose either generosity or stinginess. These tests are what will ultimately shape us. Happiness, love, and peace cannot be gained without practice. Just as we strive to meet our material needs, we acquire moral traits and adopt the right lifestyle only through systematic practice and regular endeavor.
Our achievement on the path of humanology is examined from two aspects: individual and social. Our journey on this path must show its result in every moment of our life. A result that should be visible in the smallest and subtlest behaviors, all the way to the overall lifestyle we adopt. In this lesson, we will practically offer strategies for using the formulas of humanology to change and improve our lifestyle to achieve peace. The articles of this lesson are marked with color…. The chapters of this course are divided into preliminaries, the relationship between the human being and himself/herself, and the relationship between the human and the unseen world.
