What Is the Womb-Like Power of the World, and on Which Dimension of Life Does It Impact?

How do we see the world?

– Is it a place which we must spend our lives in and ultimately leave?

– Is it the farm of the hereafter?

– Is it a gym for believers and a place for trials and tribulations?

All these interpretations about the world are correct, but what do these interpretations mean? What do we sow in the world that we must reap later? In this article, we will answer these questions.

This world has a remarkably womb-like, constructive capability in relation to the hereafter, it is just like the relationship between a mother’s womb and our current world. But with one difference: the constructive capability of the mother’s womb is related to the physical dimension of our being and gives us an extraordinary physical ability that we need in order to live in this world. However, the constructive capability of the womb of the world is related to our human dimension. Having an extraordinary ability, the world will build a soul or spirit that will act as the instrument of our existence in the hereafter. So the world has two positions and roles; in the first one, in relation to the mother’s womb, it does not have a womb-like capability and cannot build physical organs, but regarding its relation to the hereafter, it has a womb-like capability.

The womb-like power of the world can create tools that we will need when being born into the hereafter. Just like a person who has the role of a child in relation to his parents, but in relation to his children, he takes on a different role and assumes the role of a parent.

Since the world has the constructive capability in relation to the hereafter, all the rules that govern a womb life also exist for the womb of the world. If we do not gain spiritual assets for the hereafter by acquiring, doing, and repeating deeds in the limited time of the world, it will be impossible to enter the hereafter with sufficient means and have a healthy birth. This rule also applies to our unethical behavior and negative traits; that is, the womb-like power of the world has an extraordinary ability to wipe out our negative qualities. If we are born with these qualities into the hereafter, we will be tormented for centuries because the hereafter does not have the constructive capability.

The quality of life and our spiritual strengths in the hereafter depend on our worldly efforts, just like a fetus whose entire worldly life depends on the efforts he has made in the womb. If a fetus is born into the world with a body afflicted by defects and illnesses, he will suffer throughout his worldly life. Similarly, if we are born with spiritual illnesses from the womb of the world into the hereafter, we will endure suffering and hardship.

A Reason for Our Actions in the World

If we lack a general picture of the life of the fetus and are unaware of the place he is meant to be born into, the actions that he performs in the womb seems meaningless and futile to us. Someone who does not know that a world exists beyond the womb of the mother will not understand the reason for all the round-the-clock activities, the efforts that the fetus makes for growing body parts, and the limitations he imposes on himself. That is because the fetus is engaged in actions that are not useful for his life in the womb. All these actions only make sense when we realize that the fetus is preparing himself and providing the necessary tools to enter the world.

Perhaps if the fetus had free will in his actions, he would give up making efforts and developing body parts because the world is hidden from the fetus and he cannot see it. Therefore, it is not strange if the fetus stops working for the unseen world and engages in the pleasures in the womb.

We humans also have a similar situation in the womb of the world. We are unaware of the complexities and magnificence of the hereafter, and we ignore the womb-like power of the world. Consequently, many of the guidelines that result in making tools for the hereafter are unknown and incomprehensible to us. We do not know why we should give up sweet sleep to wake up for prayer, donate the money we have tried hard to earn, cover our bodies despite the heat, not watch everything, avoid listening to every kind of music, or avoid socializing with anyone, and so on. Since we are unaware of the womb-like power of the world, we find it hard to impose limitations on the lower dimensions of our being. We ignore the fact that we only have a short time to prepare ourselves for life after this world, and pay no attention to making tools for the hereafter.

Constructive Capability Does Not Stop in the Womb of the World

Just as the capability of making organs does not stop in the mother’s womb, and this process constantly goes on, the constructive capability and the womb-like power of the world cannot be stopped either. Even if the fetus is not engaged in growing organs, since the process of becoming and changing is an inherent quality of the mother’s womb, the consequence of the fetus’s negligence will become evident at the time of birth. Therefore, a fetus that has not been engaged in developing organs has been moving towards acquiring defects and weaknesses.

All movements and stillness in the womb are directed towards becoming. Either towards acquiring perfection and making tools or towards acquiring defects and weaknesses. To clarify, let us give an example. Imagine that we have prepared some raw ingredients to make a dish and placed them in a pressure cooker. In this example, the pressure cooker represents the womb with constructive capability. As long as it is on the stove, the process of cooking continues. We cannot exempt any of the ingredients inside the pressure cooker from being cooked, or put the food on the stove and expect it not to cook. Depending on the ingredients we have chosen and the proportions we have considered, we will either end up with a delicious and ideal dish at the end of the cooking time, or we may be dissatisfied with the outcome.

Our movement within the womb of the world continues constantly, either in the right direction or the wrong one. As soon as we forget our true self, our animalistic and vegetative selves begin to grow. We are always receiving and growing toward heaven or hell; there is no neutral ground when it comes to what we hear, see, eat, and so on. We cannot say that listening to a certain music, reading a certain book, or attending the lectures of a certain master does not affect us. In the womb of the world, we are constantly growing and taking shape; either an animal or unusual shape or human shape, just like a fetus whose body is constantly in the process of becoming and taking shape. He will either have a normal and human body or will be born with additional hands, feet, and heads or incomplete organs.

In this article, we discussed the womb-like power of the world in relation to the hereafter and stated that the capability of development is unstoppable in the world. Depending on the path we choose, we are either moving towards the heaven or hell. All the rules that govern the womb life are also applicable to the world, and as soon as we are born into the hereafter, we will be deprived of the constructive capability of the soul which the womb-like power of the world has provided for us.
